Solo Appliance is reliable and professional I have used this company, for our Apartments on repairs.  Paul is very professional, I have spoken to him before. He arranges the appointments and schedules the repairs. The tech Sunny, has been a few times to do repairs as well.  I appreciate his professionalism. I know they are a busy company and can multi task. Thank you! Will be using them again in the near future.

Customer gets repairs on 3y/o dishwasher circuit as recommended, and warranted for a for service for a YEAR by Vendor (REPAIR). Dishwasher breaks again in a month. Customer reaches back out, follows up again and gets a text next day (pictured), stating a additional visit fee, followed by a month-long wait as the tech is on vacation. Customer hopes the technician is well, calls the store to get dishwasher replaced and reviews Vendor on platform. The End.

I wouldn't recommend this company. They came and fixed my dryer in February. It wasn't getting hot. The same issue today and they want to charge me again. It hasn't been 6 months. For the price I paid. I could buy a new dryer.
