I was very pleased with the service provided by Ms. Smith. She was able to complete a quick turnaround on the drawings for my retail space, as well as had a very affordable price. Quan was easy to work with, we have a large commercial property, we needed floor plans and site plans for the entire property. The work and copies of plans were done.

FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, customers would come to me with a desire to design a new home or renovate their current home. Then, an initial meeting is arranged to discuss their needs and design goals. After our initial meeting, typically it takes a few days to complete the design, and once the drawings and/or 3D models are completed another meeting is arranged to finalize designs. Once the designs are finalized with clients drawings are submitted to the contractor or "City" for permits. Once permits are approved for construction, contractor can begin construction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for design and architecture, so I decided to pursue a career as an architect.
