Manolo founded Manolo Design Studio to celebrate the rich, rigorous, and sometimes messy collaborative process of designing and building your custom luxury home. He has a master’s Degree in Architecture + Business Administration and is an AIA-registered Architect. Manolo has designed and executed high-end residential projects across the Park Cities and the greater Dallas area. As founder and principal, he is engaged in each project from start to finish, working closely with clients to refine their needs and aspirations. He is an integral part of every design phase to ensure specific project objectives are realized. Having worked as a general contractor for 10+ years, he is uniquely positioned to leverage his building experience to identify problems early and develop creative solutions with your construction team.
