I needed to submit a floorplan to the city as part of my certificate of occupancy application. I reached out a couple contractors here and James responded almost immediately. I typically get 3 responses before moving forward but after a quick call with James, I felt good about moving forward. He was professional, punctual, and very easy to work with. He even reached out to the city so he could be sure I had everything I needed! I would definitely recommend his services and will use him again if I ever need to in the future.
