- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What is your budget, and does it meet your design goals? If you're design goals does not meet your budget, are you willing to complete the project in phases?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understand their lifestyle, needs, and aspirations. Typically, customers would come to me with a desire to design a new home or renovate their current home. Then, an initial meeting is arranged to discuss their needs and design goals. After our initial meeting, typically it takes a few days to complete the design, and once the drawings and/or 3D models are completed another meeting is arranged to finalize designs. Once the designs are finalized with clients drawings are submitted to the contractor or "City" for permits. Once permits are approved for construction, contractor can begin construction.
