- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically have 3 packages. The Bronze package is very basic and just includes professional bartending services. The Silver package includes things like our mobile bar setup, garnishes, fresh mixers, etc. The Gold package is our completely personalized package that includes signature cocktails, premium garnishes/mixers, etc. We are sometimes able to put together a more event specific package depending on our client's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one is to get to know you and your event. Then we'll send over package information and answer any and all questions that might have. After we come to an agreement, we'll send over a contract, get deposits paid, and set up the liquor consultation either in-person or over-the-phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our bartenders have a minimum 7 years in the service industry. All bartenders are TABC certified and well versed in basic and advanced cocktails. Some of our bartenders have extensive wine training and cicerone beer certifications.
