- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In the event we provide disposable cups, napkins, straws, or ice, there is an additional fee for each of these items. A small gratuity percentage is applied when tip jars are allowed. If a tip jar is not allowed, gratuity is calculated per person. Specialty garnishes (i.e. dehydrated fruit, dark cherries) are an additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we would schedule a call or in-person meeting to learn more about the client's vision and goals. We would then provide a proposal outlining our services and fees. If the client decides to move forward, we would sign a contract and begin the planning process, which includes gathering necessary information to make their event a success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are TABC certified.
