- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices includes taxes, material/labor and installation. I can offer discounts but that will have to be discussed when I meet with customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go to residence and meet the customer. I measure the showers, go over designs and warranty and lead time to install the shower. We then return usually within 7-10 days to install the shower.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years as a installed and 2 years in sales.
