What do you enjoy about the work you do?

I like the personal connection I have with every client I see. Whether you are here for a class or private training, I want to get to know you. And the social aspect of the company has been sort of an unexpected development, but people have met friends here and bonded over exercise and coffee! It is, in short, my dream job, and everything I ever dreamed of for my business. It is absolutely a joy to come to "work" every day because there is not one person I work with that I don't like!

    One year ago I started working out at PFLH twice a week. I enjoyed it so much I now teach classes there five days a week. I just love the secure environment Mallory has created for all of us. I have made so many friends and never felt better!

    Mallory at PFLH is an exceptional trainer. She has helped me transform not only the way I move and look, but also the way I feel about myself. The variety in her work-outs and her positive attitude have cemented my ability to stick with a fitness program for over a year now! I'm thrilled with the quality and value I get at PFLH.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go above and beyond when it comes to continuing education - because I love it! This is truly a labor of love for me, so I really try to do as much as my schedule and my budget allow. Please see my website to see my extensive list of coursework.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I offer 16 classes per week for group fitness as well as personal and small group training at my in-home studio in Lake Highlands. My approach is positive and supportive, though the workouts are always challenging. I can be as involved in your weight loss and fitness journey as you want me to be, whether that be keeping in touch and checking in often, or just seeing you during your scheduled training times. All clients are welcome to attend Positively Fit social events; past events include a raw dinner party, 5k race, a trip to the Warrior Dash, and a Night of Nutrition.
