Jay and his team are professional, reliable, flexible, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the client is satisfied. They are skilled, smart/intuitive, and courteous. Jay handles adversity and project changes well, with patience and poise. He has a positive and reassuring attitude; presenting a "can-do-will-do" attitude, which is backed by results. He's now one of my favorite people to work with. I've called on him for everything from electrical, plumbing, wood work, and roofing to odd jobs around the house. He's been a blessing to our family.

J. was the first of three pros that I contacted to respond. Less than an hour after my submission, I was already on his schedule for a service call. He showed up at the assigned time, evaluated what needed to be done and told me what parts I needed. He ordered the parts right in front of me before he left and gave me the arrival time of said parts. When one of the parts was slightly delayed, he let me know right away instead of leaving me wondering. He fixed my problem in a very timely manner. He is professional, pleasant, and very reasonably priced. I will be calling him again as more work needs done.
