Paul's service and product were both fantastic, we used him for our anniversary, he was prompt, communicated effectively with us during the days leading up to the dinner, and had a great selection in regards to the dining items.

Paul at Cowboy Chic Catering is nothing less than fantastic!! His food is always fresh and so tasteful. We have used him at least a dozen times for large gatherings/parties. He is always on time and his food presentation is amazing. His food is definitely the highlight of the party!! We are now exclusively using Paul/Cowboy Chic Catering for all our catering needs. You won't be disappointed!

We had a Grand Opening and Cowboy Chic Catering catered the food. The food was great! The presentation was very classy. We got so many compliments on the catering we will definitely be using them again at 250 Lancaster!
