Stanford Residential R&R - Remodel/Repair

Celeste, I know the console table didn't turn out as well as we'd hoped. However, as I'm sure you'll agree, there was only so much that could've been done to rejuvenate a piece of furniture that had previously been pieced together with various parts from other separate furniture pieces as well as a common piece of pine acquired at a common lumber store and that had been exposed to the elements for what had to have bern months. Thus causing severe warping and wood rot. I did mention it would've been ideal just to have purchased another piece of pine for the table top, which would've alleviated the warping, which in turn would've corrected the leveling issue that required the adjustable table leg supports. As I state in my profile, I guarantee all my work. I believe I offered to make any adjustments possible. As for the wall texture repair regarding my purchase of knockdown texture rather than orange peel texture, well we are all human and make mistakes. As you will confirm, once I realized the error, I immediately removed it and informed you that I would go purchase the correct texture and return to complete the job. I'm sure you will also confirm that I received a text from letting me know the scheduled time we agreed on would no longer work and that you would let me know a better date and time. I never heard back. All that being said, I truly am apologetic that you were less than satisfied with the outcome and am still more than willing to do what I can to attain your satisfaction.
