I reached out because I had something other than paper jammed in my HP T730 Plotter. Within 5 minutes he reached out to me and scheduled a tech to come on out and fix it. The tech showed up on time and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. He also taught me how to change out my own printer head whenever the time comes that I’ll need it. The tech was not only on time, quick and efficient, but also very professional and well dressed. I’ll definitely be calling reaching out to them again if I have any more problems.

We had an issue with a printer and really need immediate help - as it's our only one in the office! I reached out to The Laser Network and received a call back within minutes. Instead of just 'sending out a tech' with a trip charge, they asked me to explain the issue and send info to have a tech attempt to pre-diagnose the problem. They were able to figure it out, order a part, and only one trip to deliver it and install. The tech also cleaned our machine and was knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. We will be using them as our preferred vendor going forward.
