- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer. We go over what the customer goals are, and I ask my clients questions about their projects.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started remodeling in my early 20, in a big company they will do remodeling for commercial and residential. I've learned a lot through the years. Since then I loved the stratification of starting a project and knowing I did that for that family.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers through the years. But at the end of the day, you learn and adapt yourself.
