- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to come over and get the lay of the land. Meet everyone, learn the care instructions, setup animal profiles, home profile, payment information and schedules. This is a great time to get to know your sitter and make sure they are a good fit! If they are not the perfect fit, let us know and we can always send over a new sitter!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently we helped potty train a husky puppy. We communicated with the parents daily and made sure we adjusted the times until we were accident free!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always request a free initial consultation. You want to know who will be caring for your furbabies. Make sure you are clear on the notes for feeding, litterbox care, walking and home care. Ask if they have a booking system for you to login to make reservations and update notes.
