Ben Franklin was responsive to my first call. Plumber arrived exactly when he said he would arrive. He fixed my problem. Plumbing is expensive. There's no way around that, but my time is equally as valuable.

Trip charge of $79 for absolutely nothing and to tell me it will cost me another $129 to find out if the problem is with Irrigation or the main line and $399 to find out where the leak is.. TOTALY USELESS. STAY AWAY!
