Ben Franklin was responsive to my first call. Plumber arrived exactly when he said he would arrive. He fixed my problem. Plumbing is expensive. There's no way around that, but my time is equally as valuable.

Nice to receive a picture of the plumber before he came to my door. He was polite and honest. A little pricey for just changing out the flush valve, but he said it was because the parts they use are more reliable.
