I had a problem with my toilet backing up and other drains that were draining slowly. Mike showed up and determined my main line was clogged after running a camera down the pipe. He was able to get the clog cleared and now everything drains like its supposed to.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide fixed price quotes, based on what the problem is and what is needed to fix it. We generally give you good, better or best options to you and you decide how you want to proceed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call and we will get your information to show up at your location. Once on site we will discuss the problem with you and then do our evaluation. After that we will spend some time creating an estimate that generally contains 3 options to solve the problem and once we have your approval we will fix the problem and get your system back in working order.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have licensed plumbers and drain technicians that are overseen by a Master Plumber.
