I took my nephew for his first lesson with Johnny and my nephew has fallen in love with the drums! I can't wait to see how much he will grow and learn. I can see from the first lesson that Johnny is a great teacher and I am looking forward to each lessons we attend!

It takes a special person to have the knowledge, passion, professionalism and the patience to work with my 3 year year old. Johnny totally fit the bill on our first lesson. He gave my son a book with exercices, worked with him on the kit, played his first song and even let my son drive the lesson for a while (which cracked up my son when he figured it out.) We can hardly wait for our next lesson and to make steady routine lessons! My 3 year old told all his family: aunts, uncles, grandparents about his lesson. (and did I mention that Johnny wouldn't let me pay him for the first lesson? We'll square up next time, he said.) THANK YOU Johnny! Looking forward to working with you and hearing those drums!

Johnny has an awesome teaching style - not heavy on theory, just get on the drums and start playing. Johnny is always ready to answer your questions. Had a blast and can't wait to get back in the studio for the next lesson.

After a slight miscommunication between Johnny and myself, (which he was super quick to remedy), my son had an amazing 1st lesson with johnny. He has fun and said that Johnny made it easy to understand. My son is a 9 year old beginner in drumming. My son even said that he was super sad that he had to wait a whole 7 days to see Johnny again to learn. I think Johnny is going to be great for my son and his learning!

depends on how far you are, from Dallas the prices are amazing, but 20-30 miles out just a slight increase. Nothing preposterous, still the best deals on drums lessons in Texas!
