- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Displayed price is for one photographer/videographer. Option to add additional photographer for $100/hour. Photos delivered digitally via website link to download.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have the preliminary information and are available for your dates the next step is to schedule a call or meet in person to ensure it's a good fit. During this meeting we'll discuss editing preferences, pricing, booking deposit, and timelines. For large events we'll email you a contract with details, small portrait sessions will receive a confirmation email. A 40% booking deposit will reserve your date.

Bernadette studied photography at the University of North Texas during undergrad and has an MBA from Southern Methodist University. With more than eight years of experience in photography.
