Introduction: My approach to wellness is very wholistic, encompassing the multiple tools yoga and Ayurveda sciences offer - yoga asana (poses), breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation for stress-management, lifestyle routines and nutrition, to support a healthier and more thriving life based on personal needs and circumstances. All my teaching is customized to the individual specific needs and condition.
I believe in happiness, personal health and wellbeing, through life questioning, self-care, self-discovery, self-exploration and personal transformation. I'm passionate about and committed to sharing my experiential tools with others, planting and spreading one seed at a time into the community.
That's why I founded Yana Shala, a community-based platform providing education and resources for self-development and personal growth, launching last March 2015, 'Manifest your Inner Teacher', a 10-month program for self-development, to empower others to spread and share their own tools too.
I truly and deeply enjoy helping others, sharing the work and passion that makes me who I am and keeps life so inspiring, interesting and fascinating on a daily and moment-to-moment basis.
