We offer fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Our standard service call is just $19, and that amount goes toward the total cost if you move forward with the repair. Ask us about military, senior, and multi-property discounts — we’re here to help you save while getting top-quality service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process easy and stress-free: Call or text us to describe the issue – or send photos if you prefer. We schedule a same-day or next-day visit (whenever possible). Our technician arrives on time, inspects the problem, and gives you a clear, upfront quote before doing any work. Once you approve, we complete the job efficiently and professionally — most repairs are done on the spot. We treat your home with care and always clean up after the job. Your satisfaction is our priority from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in garage door repair and installation, including working with all major brands and systems. I’ve completed specialized training in spring systems, opener diagnostics, safety protocols, and advanced troubleshooting. Beyond technical skills, I continually stay updated on industry standards to ensure every job is done safely, efficiently, and to code.
