I have a 60 year old house with a double wooden garage door. One of the cables came off of he drum and the door came off the track and was sitting cock-eyed. I tried this thumbtack app and was not sure that it worked......anyway, about 10 minutes later I got a call from a very upbeat and friendly young man named Jose. I explained my predicament and he seemed to understand and said that he would be able to come by and repair it in 3 or 4 hours. Sure enough, Jose made it by my house within 3 hours and looked the door over, discussed my options, and went to work. He got the door back on the track with new cables, installed new rollers (that I had already purchased), got everything tightened up and balanced. The door now works great....quiet and smooth.....not bad for a 60 year old wooden door. I'm very happy with the quality of the work done by Jose and recommend him without reservation.
