- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, transparent pricing with no hidden surprises. Our minimum labor cost is $75, and we offer highly competitive rates on common jobs, such as garage door spring replacements (approx. $175) and belt replacements (approx. $150). To make things as convenient as possible for you, we accept nearly all payment methods, including credit cards, cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal, and more. Be sure to ask us about our current discounts when you book!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We know a broken garage door can disrupt your whole day, so we prioritize fast response times and offer same-day and emergency services. When you reach out, we will discuss your issue, provide clear information, and get a technician out to your home quickly. Once on-site, we diagnose the problem, explain the fix, and get the job done right the first time. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities from start to finish.
