My pricing is upfront with no hidden fees. I offer competitive rates for springs, openers, and full tune-ups. I always let customers approve the price before I start, and I offer warranties on parts and labor for peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few quick questions or checking photos to understand the problem. When I arrive, I inspect the entire system, explain the issue clearly, and give an upfront price before starting any work. Once approved, I complete the repair, test everything, and make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained directly under experienced garage door technicians and completed hands-on training for springs, openers, tracks, and safety systems. I also stay updated on the newest openers, smart motors, and safety standards used in today’s homes.
