**My username is an alias, for privacy reasons. Im a legitimate customer.**Early on a Sunday morning, I heard a loud bang coming from my garage. Scared the heck out of me. Thought someone was trying to break in. The garage door would not go up later that day. I called several different 24/7 local garage door companies but none could get there within a few hours. CORE was the only one who pressed on with urgency. Michael was terrific and told me someone would be there within 30 minutes!That someone turned out to be Ben, who was simply excellent. He was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything in detail. Turns out the spring had exploded and broken apart. Ben laid out the pricing for me and reassured me this was not a security issue. He also found some other aged, decaying parts of the door that needed upgrading, since they had been there for 10+ years. This all started out as a bit of a traumatic thing for me but Ben worked good naturedly to fix the issue and even re-programmed my garage door. Ben tested the door several times and made sure it was working well and syncing up with my garage door monitoring app. Bottom line: he didnt leave until he was sure I was satisfied and that everything was working great again as it should.I highly recommend CORE. Thank you Michael and Ben for a great experience, during a rough day! Even on a hot Summer Sunday, they came through for me!
