- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because of the experience our team holds, we have a process in place to work efficiently and are able to compete with any individual jobs. We are looking to build life-long relationships with our clients and show that we are committed to being there to help you and anyone else. For that reason, our pricing is extremely competitive and transparent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to first understand the scope of the project. What are your goals for the project. We will come in and do an in-person look to walkthrough what the scope of work would look like if we got started. Afterwards, we would do some basic renderings and come to an agreement on timeline, pricing, and expectations. From there, we will start on the agreed date with a deposit in place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founders, Danny Mak, Drew McAdams, and Blaze True have backgrounds in project management and construction. Owning multiple real estate properties, they understand the need of homeowners and the gravity of trust they put into a contractor's work. Our team has corporate experience in building thousands of subdivision homes from ground-up and focus entirely on single-family homes.
