He did good work in getting all the hardware installed in the kitchen and bathroom. I only wish that he had done a better job in lining up the kitchen handles and knobs so that they were move even.

We had a bad water leak from upstairs bathroom to downstairs kitchen ceiling. Alvarez did a great job for retorsion service, they cut open the affected ceiling areas, thoroughly clean up the middle layer between the kitchen ceiling and second floor base, use moisture extractor to dry the whole area, applied anti-mold solution to the wood, put the ceiling back with all new material and painted affected area. Great job! I believe he is trustworthy to work with
