We had a sudden water loss that affected our carpet, drywall, and even some electrical components. The mitigation team responded quickly and explained the entire process from start to finish.
They removed the damaged carpet, performed controlled drywall removal where moisture was detected, and coordinated safely around the affected electrical areas to prevent further issues. Industrial air movers and dehumidifiers were set up immediately, and moisture levels were monitored daily.
What stood out most was their professionalism and attention to detail—they documented everything, kept us informed, and made sure the area was dry and safe before equipment was removed. Highly recommend them for any water damage or emergency mitigation needs.
