Michael responded within minutes of my posting this job on Labor day, reached my home within 1 hour, quoted me a reasonable price, and completed the job in about a hour.
He did a quality job as you can see from the Before and After pictures attached here.
I would highly recommend Michael for any repair job in the house.

Vaughan Ferron did a great job. He's bright, responsive and very positive. He listened to the problem I was trying to solve and started the job the same afternoon. He's showed up on time three days in a eye and worked hard. His work is high quality, he explained what he was doing and why. The end result is twenty three windows sealed with fresh caulk. He also sealed several long cracks in the brick facade and I'm very happy with the end result. I'll be using Vaughan's services again real soon.
