Germany maintained contact with me prior to the job, he worked efficiently to install 2 window unit with outer supports, tight seal to prohibit any flies or mosquitos, as we requested, he also added brackets on the windows to keep the window from being open, a safety measure and that was his idea we were very proud of our job done by Germany!
