Germany maintained contact with me prior to the job, he worked efficiently to install 2 window unit with outer supports, tight seal to prohibit any flies or mosquitos, as we requested, he also added brackets on the windows to keep the window from being open, a safety measure and that was his idea we were very proud of our job done by Germany!

Excellent customer service. I needed someone at the last minute and he responded within minutes as was available to come out within the next two hours.
