We have had Albert to our house twice to fix lighting issues at our house. He is professional, punctual and communicates clearly throughout the process. The electrician showed up two hours late and was at my house for over four hours, only to leave with half the job unfinished. While he did fix our kitchen pendant lights and made a trip to Lowe’s to pick up a light fixture for my closet, in no world should that amount of work take over four hours. To make matters worse, he left dirty handprints and even hair (gross!) on my freshly painted ceiling, which was incredibly frustrating. During that time, he continued working in my kitchen while I was cooking dinner and feeding my family. I eventually had to ask him to wrap it up so I could bathe my child. I felt I was more than patient throughout the whole experience, but the lack of professionalism made me very uncomfortable. As someone who works in construction, I know that even reputable companies can occasionally hire individuals who don’t reflect the standards of the business. Unfortunately, this was one of those cases, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable hiring him again.
