- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most times I don't get a detailed enough description, I prefer to offer a free visit so I can give fair and accurate pricing to my customers. Simple projects can be quoted using pictures and giving a price range (to cover what ifs). Simple things may sometimes be not so simple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most times I prefer to have a free inspection done so I can make sure the job is priced and done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always learning new ways to do things and save time or materials.
