IPS Property Services believes pricing should be clear and straightforward. We provide written scopes and transparent quotes so clients know what’s included before work begins. Our goal is to eliminate surprises and set expectations clearly from the start. We also offer: Veteran and Law Enforcement discounts as a small thank-you for their service Multi-project discounts for clients with multiple tasks or bundled work Referral discounts for clients who recommend us to others
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the client’s needs, priorities, and timeline, whether the request is a small repair or a larger project. From there, we provide a clear scope and outline next steps so everyone is aligned before work begins. For many clients, this starts with our IPS Snapshot, a simple intake process designed to reduce back-and-forth and create clarity early. The same care and attention are applied to every task we take on, regardless of size. Our focus is on communication, follow-through, and delivering dependable results throughout the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over two decades of combined experience across residential construction, renovation, and property maintenance. This includes hands-on experience with remodeling, repairs, painting, and coordination across multiple trades. We emphasize problem-solving, communication, and practical solutions, skills that are especially important when working in occupied homes. This keeps everything in one natural rhythm.
