Replacing some broken floor tiles in my home was a challenging job. It required a lot of work cutting and fitting tiles. In the end, the work and the floor look great! I would not hesitate to hire him again!

Wonderful man with a great attitude and work ethic. Job should have taken 45 minutes max. Due to my bad plumbing, it took hours and he never complained.

I really love the work he did with my fireplace. I needed it demolished and to save a few stones if possible but not only did he save more than a few stones he showed up on time, he is very easy to work with, he listens, and he cleaned up afterwards. I would hire him in a heartbeat. I have a couple of other things around the house that I need done and he is the guy I'm calling. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will be honest in quoting a job if I have the information to properly quote. Otherwise I'm estimating and will have to see or have more information to properly quote. I charge a service fee however, If I do the work there is no service fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to know what you want done exactly. The more information I can get will help in quoting as well as preparing for the job. Photos are always a big help.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned a lot from doing projects with my dad. I now realize that I have a gift for this type work and is most what I enjoy doing.
