FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing straightforward and transparent. I have a minimum service charge, and the final price depends on the type of work, the time involved, materials, and the difficulty of the project. If a customer has multiple things that need to be done, I can often take care of several projects during the same visit. I discuss the price and scope of work before getting started so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen to what the customer needs and get a clear understanding of the project. I may ask for pictures, measurements, or additional details so I can give an accurate idea of what will be involved. Once we agree on the work and price, we schedule a time. I show up prepared, complete the work carefully, clean up after myself, and make sure the customer is happy with the finished result.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with homeowners, renters, families, landlords, and people who simply have a list of projects around their home that they haven’t had the time or tools to take care of. Whether it’s one small project or a long list of things that need to get done, I try to make the process straightforward and stress-free for the customer.
