Nebil did an awesome job installing my huge 86 in TV above the fireplace. I have some wood trim there but he easily worked around it and made install a breeze. I called and had my TV up later the same day. He's also just a great guy! Highly recommend his services!!

First let me say when I booked them it was 55 an hr when I received my confirmation it was changed to 70 an hr…I needed the work done and I figured it would only take about two hours at least or maybe two hours and 30 minutes. They arrived and apparently they had to leave and get screws when I sent my Stylist to check on them. She said that they were not working they had not put up one station and it was already 7:45 PM. When I went around to talk to them about it, they said it was due to the fact that they had to get more screws which is fine. so I told him it took a hour to get screws anyways. One of my male clients had to speak up for me because he said that they were trying to run game. I asked him how long would it take from that point they said at least two more hours and I did not agree. I asked for a flat rate at that point. They told me 250 which is way more than what I have budgeted and it was only three wall stations. They finish the work in 45 minutes instead of two hours charge me $290. I had to call someone else out two days later because the brackets were loose because they put them into the drywall instead of the stud. Check out the pictures below. They butchered my walls and I’m having to get them repaired so these people caused me way more money I reached out I asked could they come and give me a partial refund or come and fix some of the work I receive no response. These pictures are after the work was done.

Thank you for taking your time to share your feedback with us. Let me start by clarifying the questions you have. First, when thumbtack gives us work order we have a base price which is $55 per hour for any type of project. After viewing your project which is mounting, The price we have for that is $75 per hour. And you agreed to the price. After we got there you asked me for a flat rate so I told you it is going to cost $250 before we start the job and you agreed to that as well. And for the time spent, you told me you have the screws but it was not the right one. It would not reach the stud so I had to get the one that is going to reach the stud and hold the weight of the salon station which was heavy. I also had to do the measurements and make a mark on the drywall finding the studs with a stud finder before mounting them. When your coworker came to check on us she hasn’t seen a salon station mounted because we have to do the pre requirements which I explained above. So for the total time the job took, We came there at 6:00 and when you checked on us it was 7:45, like you said it took us 45 minutes after which is a total of 3 hour and 30 minutes. When the hourly rate is $70 the total cost multiplied is $250 which is what I got and the price you agreed to pay. The remaining $40 is for the screws and brackets that I bought which I gave you the receipt so that you can confirm it is right. The brackets were an extra support so I asked you before I put them in which you also agreed with the male client which was present. And for the holes I also confirmed with you before starting the job which you can see in our prior conversation. After finishing the job you told me it is the way you wanted it so you gave me the payment and I left. When you reached out to me by text I gave you a call which you did not answer. How can I be able help you then?
