I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience! Andrew was incredibly responsive, punctual, professional, and respectful of our home. Midway through the project, he went to the store to get touch-up paint and a stronger, higher-quality bracket to make sure the shelf was as secure as possible. He absolutely did not have to do that and yet he did without any hesitation and without even requesting. He also brought his own vacuum and thoroughly cleaned everything afterward and showed us why the issue occurred in the first place with poor quality installation. The level of care and attention to detail was exceptional. We will absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him!

Andrew was great to deal with. Very thorough and professional in his work.
Incredibly impressed with his ingenuity. He managed to securely mount a large horizontal art piece over our mirrors using specialized suction cups and a custom bracket, leaving the glass completely undamaged and pristine.
Super Helpful and Fast! We were trying to find a specific German made screw to repair our kitchen cabinet. He was able to fix it so quick and even sent videos or what the issue with the cabinet was.
Andrew delivered excellent work throughout his engagement. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism in all interactions and quickly established credibility and trust. His responsiveness stood out as he was accessible, timely in his follow-ups, and proactive in communication, which helped maintain strong momentum across deliverables.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $120 trip/diagnostic fee for smaller service calls, which covers travel, inspection, and initial work time. Larger projects such as carpentry, remodeling, and custom builds are priced by estimate or bid based on scope, materials, and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand the project, followed by an on-site visit if needed. For smaller jobs, we can often complete work during the initial visit. Larger projects are quoted with a clear scope, timeline, and cost before starting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong background in hands-on technical work, construction, and problem-solving, with experience in carpentry, drywall, fixtures, and home repair. I focus on clean, durable work and practical solutions that last.
