I had a great experience working with TrueLine Repairs and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, high quality handyman services. Scheduling was a breeze, expectations were set upfront, and the work was completed in a timely, efficient manner. The technicians arrived prepared and explained every step of what was being done in plain language. It was clear that they are professionals who take pride in their work.
The whole experience was pleasant and hassle free- something that is surprisingly rare in this industry!
If I could offer one small piece of feedback it would be to offer some sort of brief post service summary or follow up outlining what was fixed and offering advice on how to maintain or avoid issues in the future.
Overall, they did exactly what was promised with no surprise costs and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I had an amazing experience with TrueLine Repairs! My handyman John showed up five minutes early! I love that I didn't have to wait around for someone. He also did a great job with the repairs I needed. He paid a lot of attention to the work I needed done, and he explained everything he was doing as well. John was very professional!
The only thing I didn't like was that there were no hard copies of the paperwork offered. I like to get physical receipts for my records, but I have to go to the library and print out the work order and receipt for this appointment.
Overall, I will definitely be hiring this company again and recommending them to all my friends!

TrueLine Repairs came in and saved the day! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better handyman service. Their customer service was top notch and so easy to work with. I called Monday morning and they were able to send someone out same day within 2 hours of my call. Rick was able to fix my problem in no time and even gave me some tips and tricks to help avoid future issues. I can’t say enough great things about this company. They will always be first in my list for all my repair needs.

I would like to acknowledge the rewarding experience I had with TrueLine Repairs today. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted by an employee that was energetic to meet by needs and answer my questions. He also gave me a suggestion on a better cost-efficient choice which I was unaware of. I chose to go with his recommendation and was highly satisfied with the outcome. I was told that my car would be ready within an hour and when I pulled back up it was outside the bay waiting for me. We all know this rarely happens. The work quality as well was another positive perk of my visit with this company. The employee showed exactly what he did and suggested things that may be needed for a better quality of the car in the future that I was unaware.
