They did an awesome job, I had a small job it was a camper and sheet vinyl. It was a small space but my god it was a lot of cuts and things to go around… I am thoroughly impressed. It looks great. I would have them come out to do flooring in my home when I need it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we offer pricing for installation, intallation and materials, and also just material.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask our clients what they are looking for exactly, whether it is a home, a rental, an office, or anything else. What type of flooring they want and whether we recommend it. We then measure the property and give our estimate. Finally, we proceed to schedule a date and complete the project within a day or two depending on the size.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, Alexis Roque, have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas. I have been in the business since 2012, while my family has been in it since 2001.
