FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer and get measurements of the areas they want new flooring so I can get them an accurate quote put together. I usually give them a labor quote and then if they want me to help them with finding a material I try to find out what they are looking for and I get them samples of materials I can get. Once a material is decided on and ordered and we have an ETA date that we will receive the material we can go ahead and schedule an install date.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up installing floors with my dad from when I was 5 years and I was off of school I would be working with him until I finished college in 2009. I started my own crew after I finished college and have been doing it ever since. I enjoy what I do and helping people improve their homes.
