- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We partner with premier manufacturers and contractors to offer only the best products at competitive prices. Since we're able to sell and/or install all of our products, we always strive to meet or beat the prices of our competitors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer engages our team, one of our professional sales associates will walk them through our tailored process. This will include design, material selection, job cost estimating, final presentation, scheduling installers, coordinating material pick-up/delivery, job completion, final inspection, and after-sale follow-up to ensure we met expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our sales staff has over 20 years combined experience in the industry. We continue to develop and implement internal training programs along with supporting our staff in attending paid courses and workshops. We verify that all of our contractors have at least five years of experience and are properly certified, licensed, and insured as mandated by the State of Texas.
