- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every window is custom manufactured. Pricing varies depending on the materials and design used for each window. The price includes manufacturing, installation, lifetime warranty, and removal and disposal of the old windows.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule with you an in-home consultation with our window expert to view and measure the windows and understand your needs for the project. Then, we submit an estimate which includes the new design, pricing, and timeline. If the in-home consultation is not possible, we will work with you over the phone, messenger, or email to discuss what you are looking to achieve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installation team has been trained on how to carefully remove existing windows, install new windows, repair drywall, and paint.
