- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge hourly rates; instead, I use a system of flat-rate pricing in order to give my customers the best deal. Each task is priced at a flat rate so that my customers don't have to pay extra for a job that's taking too long.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the University of Texas at Arlington, where I studied electrical engineering. It's very beneficial when one can see a job through both a technical and hands-on lens. I have been working in the trade since I was 16 years old. Since then, I have managed and performed residential, commercial, and industrial electrical service.
