Trey did a fantastic job installing my hometheater! He was a true professional throughout the entire project. He did a very good job keeping me informed as to what I should expect during this process. I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking to install a hometheater!

Trey and his team did a great job. I have the hometheater I wanted and it fit my budget. It looks and sounds great. Trey made sure we were comfortable with each decision made. Dallas HomeTheaterinstalled full media room, 7.1 Dolby Atmos surround, subwoofer, projector and screen. Also setup surround sound in family room, hung several tv's throughout the house and speakers on the patio outside. The job was done quickly, professionally and without any problems. Trey was excellent at communication and Jordan was fantastic at making things perfect. I highly recommend Dallas HomeTheater. Everything went absolutely perfect and they still weeks later answer all questions we have quickly and professionally.

He was very patient and answered all my questions. He was willing work with the tight budget I gave him. I bought a 5.1 speaker system, projector, screen as well as TV installation. He was willing to come back out and fix some minor issues that occurred much after the installation was completed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The options are almost unlimited, with all the lines of equipment we offer and if you multiply the number of pieces of equipment by our product lines, youll see that it is a large number. But we simply ask the customer about the brands they want and their budget..... questions like "Do you want a Lexus or Kia"? "How important is picture over sound, are they equal or is one more important than the other"?.....knowing those and your budget gives us the most flexibility to build your dream theater.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend monthly training through our distributors and the equipment providers. They maintain a strict continuing education program where if we don't attend, we don't get the products.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a full time fireman, so this started as side gig on my days off then gradually we started getting asked about theaters and it grew from there.
