- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The options are almost unlimited, with all the lines of equipment we offer and if you multiply the number of pieces of equipment by our product lines, youll see that it is a large number. But we simply ask the customer about the brands they want and their budget..... questions like "Do you want a Lexus or Kia"? "How important is picture over sound, are they equal or is one more important than the other"?.....knowing those and your budget gives us the most flexibility to build your dream theater.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend monthly training through our distributors and the equipment providers. They maintain a strict continuing education program where if we don't attend, we don't get the products.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a full time fireman, so this started as side gig on my days off then gradually we started getting asked about theaters and it grew from there.
