I had a good experience working with Alex. There were two leaks in my hot tub, both of which needed a pump replaced. He recommended a replacement pump from Amazon - which I appreciated since he wasn't trying to upsell and make a profit out of the pumps. What seemed as a one trip service turned out to be at least 4 visits since two of the pumps had to be returned due to issues, which were only visible after they were installed. He had to install, uninstall and reinstall one of the pumps 3 different times due to this issue. Once the pumps were installed, there was another issue that needed to be resolved for which he had to order parts. Overall, it took about a month or so to get the tub working again, and about 5 different visits. Alex kept me informed the entire time on what was happening - even when we were not home. He was prompt in responding to texts and phone calls. At the end, he still stuck to his original quote for the service - I ended up paying him extra just for the parts that he had to order. I also liked that he was responsive and punctual - always gave me a heads up before he was coming in. I would recommend his services to anyone needing a portable hot tub service.
