I had a great experience with this spa company! I was having an issue with my spa pump, and was hearing a humming sound. They quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand (as I am a new spa owner). The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and worked efficiently to get my spa back up and running. What I appreciated most was their honesty and transparency throughout the process. They taught me so much during the process. No upselling, no pressure. Simply there to help me out. If you’re having any spa or pump issues, I highly recommend them. It’s such a relief to find a company you can trust these days!

We contacted spa co because our spa heater has been giving us issues. They came and diagnosed it and gave us a straight forward estimate and timeline. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Currently have them doing monthly service now.
