FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are tiered to match your level of involvement and the scope of your project. Consultation Design is priced per hour, booked in 10-hour increments. Virtual Design is per room and is priced by square footage. Full-Service Design is customized and priced based on scope and square footage. All pricing reflects a high-touch, personalized experience with no hidden fees. I do not offer discounts, as each project is uniquely tailored with the highest level of care and expertise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a conversation to understand your needs, style, and goals. From there, we determine the service that best fits your project—Consultation, Virtual, or Full-Service. Each project starts with a Discovery Call (a verbal questionnaire to learn more about you, your space and your needs) and onboarding process to align on vision and expectations. I then create a custom design plan tailored to your space, followed by implementation guidance (for virtual clients) or full project management (for full-service clients). Communication is ongoing and collaborative throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Registered Interior Designer with the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners and hold an NCIDQ certification, the gold standard for interior designers, signifying my qualification to work on both residential and commercial spaces. My background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in interior design from the School of Architecture at UT Arlington and extensive experience across high-end residential, hospitality, and celebrity spaces. I’ve also taught interior design and served in leadership with ASID (American Society of Interior Designers), continuously staying at the forefront of industry trends and standards.
