- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t charge hourly. I offer flat-rate design packages based on room(s) and square footage. This allows me to focus on creating a one-of-a-kind look without time limits. Clients are included in the process and have access to all design selections along the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The journey begins with a personalized consultation to understand your vision and needs. From there, I scale and draft the space, break down the budget by room, and start selecting each design element: from furniture to finishes. Once everything is approved and ordered, I coordinate white glove delivery and schedule our installation day to bring your space to life.
