I highly recommend Heather Bentley Design for any person looking for an awesome interior designer. Heather helped us design our lobby and select the furniture, wallpaper, decoration and paintings. We can not be happier with the result! All our clients love our lobby. We have a small consultation room so it was a challenge, but with her recommendation, the room turned out great too. The process has been very smooth. There is a online studio where we can see all the concepts and designs Heather picks for us. The online communication platform really helped since I’m very busy at regular work hour. Heather took care of the ordering, shipping and even helped us when we needed to return a few items. We really appreciate all the help!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    All onsite projects start with a 1.5 hour onsite meeting for $200. In an effort to keep from inflating the total price, I bill my full service projects at an hourly rate of $110. This ensures that you only pay for the actual time I spend working on your project. In order to keep the project within your budget, I estimate the total amount of time expected and give you a range such as 20-30 hours. I track my hours using a digital time tracking tool, which I’ve been using for years. I bill on the 1st and 15th of each month and won’t go beyond the expected range without written approval or change of scope.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
