- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not dispose of hazardous waste such as paint, and liquids. We do not pick up concrete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we review the photos of your project for a free estimate. Next we will set up a time to meet on your preferred days. Then we collect all of the information needed for your invoice. Lastly we will finish the job and complete the transaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We realized while volunteering with the City of Dallas that proper waste management can make or break a community. So we decided to extend our hand and help maintain a clean environment.
